Cancellation Policy SpaLina / Samm Aesthetics To respect the time of our clients and providers, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. No-shows will also be charged a 30% fee of the scheduled service and will be charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment and acknowledging this policy, you agree to these terms and authorize SpaLina / Samm Aesthetics to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file.
